Reputations are important, right? We all want to be understood for who we are, what we’ve done and how we conduct ourselves. Companies and corporations are no different. They work very hard to protect their image and their product’s images. And they get lots of help from people like those at Reputation(dot)com and other reputation management companies. So, that’s a good thing, right?
NO, it’s not.
Internet companies that promise reputation management do so by creating FALSE websites and FALSE search results to keep the general public from seeing what complaints exist about a company. They commit a fraud against you, the consumer, in favor of their clients who are paying them huge sums of money.
Why do they pay these HUGE sums of cash? Because it’s easier than SATISFYING their customers. It’s easier than DOING WHAT THEY PROMISED. It’s easier to LIE TO THE PUBLIC and get away with it.
It’s just a 21st Century form of CENSORSHIP. But it’s not some government TRYING TO PROTECT its citizenship. It’s the COMPANIES THAT ARE TRYING TO SCREW YOU.
When people want to find out about a company or service THEY DO NOT KNOW ABOUT they use Google, Bing, Yahoo or any of a number of internet search engines. We all count on them to offer REAL information and REAL results. Not some fake pages put up by companies TRYING TO COMMIT CRIMES AGAINST CONSUMERS.
Imagine this scenario:
By now, you’ve probably all heard the accusations about Jerry Sandusky, the former Penn State assistant football coach. He’s been charged with more than 40 counts of sex crimes against teen boys who participated in his training camps and other events. So, imagine if you had a teen athlete in your family and were looking for some private coaching to help him achieve his goals. What if you searched Google (or Bing, Yahoo, etc.) and found this:
Don’t let that be your search result!
THAT’S what REPUTATION MANAGEMENT COMPANIES want to illegally fill the web with: LIES.
DON’T LET THEM.

I didn’t not know anything about this until I read what you’ll had said about the state dept. of insurance. I have been fighting the state dept. of insurance for 10 yrs. now over this act who filed this claim for the trucking co. knowing they name wasn’t on my insurance policy with this trucking co. I was leased too.
I file a claim with the TWC the of Texas Insurance for help and I told them about this insurance co. who the job had me to call for help, so I sign the forms and the work the case for 10 days and I was told the job don’t want to pay ,e and for me to file a claim with the TWC for help cause I had a stroke why I was at work.
I didn’t understand that because I was having $175.00 taken from my payroll a month from 2005 up till Aug. 2009 by this job. This was TRUCKING Co. Group Insurance to cover me while on the job & under a Dispatcher at work. This state dep. insurance didn’t have anything to say about this insurance co. working my claim , but after reading your report last week they was part of the Texas Dept. Insurance ,so that was okay with the state.
So as of now I’m still fighting the4 state dept. on this wrongdoing cause the had the proof if my Trucker Group Insurance Policy and they done nothing at all to help me ,but they agent keep telling me to just go away. But I’m just fighting for my rights and my money that I was owned from the policy that I never did get in 10 yrs. now.

Wow I wish I had known about you in the early 2000's, as I was harassed by the small time bullies where I used to live just because I didn't want buildings with high density housing going up next to our house, and the real estate lady lied to me, anyhow, the town bullies ganged up on me and they the politicos of corruption gearedup and into action, I was jailed for so many false things and nothing true, all lies I was put in the newspaper as a quasi terror of the town, and these big fish in the little pond had such a field day, my good name was ruined, I still have these things on my record, lucky I'm older now, as it was impossible to get a job, as the records are now searched b4 employment I spent many monies on attorney fees as I had to defend myself rather than be charged with most of this hocus pocus, some ended up as civil suits, anyhow in the end the sneaky slippery city manager, ended up with 3 million dollars of tax payer money, for an infrastructure grant to fix the water lines in the town, which he never did, there are some that are still made of old redwood logs from the 1800's, but it still makes me angry that he tried somewhat successfully to ruin my reputation, and ends up 3 million dollars richer at the poor taxpayers expense and the little town still floods when the rains come, will he ever be held accountable for what he did to me and others??????

As Americans our justice system has failed to protect the average everyday working Joe from treatment such as this. If you have money that your willing to pay a lawyer, then there is nothing an attorney is not willing to do to charge his client, regardles of right or wrong, truth or lies. The courts no longer require a higher standard of lawyers as "officers of the court". Their basically licensed liars! God Bless you Ed!
